Eligibility: NET/ PET / M.Phil
Registration Procedure:
After having passed NET/PET/M.Phil. the following procedure shall be followed for Ph.D. registration:

Form to be filled online and application fees to be paid at: www.uomphd.mu.ac.in

Attested copies of the following documents to be attached: Graduation & Post-Graduation Marksheets / Grade cards & Passing Certificates + convocation degree + Proof of NET/PET/M.Phil. + one photo.

After verification of the documents by the Dept. of German appear for interview at the Department of German.

Interview clearing letter will be issued by the Department.

Students have to give Ph.D. admission acceptance letter. That date will be considered the date of Ph.D. admission. From this date 3 years max period for submission will be counted.

Research proposal form + research proposal (10 copies) + Interview clearing letter to be submitted through the Head, Department of German and then at the RAPC Section, Kalina Campus, University of Mumbai. A nominal fees has to be paid before submission of Research Proposal.

RAPC get the handle to forward research proposals to respective RRC members and Chair for approval.

Once the RRC PH.D. topic approval comes from RAPC that date will be considered for submission of 6 monthly reports.

After approval letter of research proposal is received registration form (with attested copies of documents listed above in Point no. 2.) to be filled at the Department of German & Ph.D. fees to be paid at the Allahabad Bank.

Registration No. will be sent by RAPC Section, Kalina Campus, University of Mumbai. After Ph.D. registration is issued by RAPC annual Ph.D. fees needs to be paid.
