STEPS FOR ONLINE ADMISSION TO PART-TIME COURSES 

 

STEP 1

Keep self-attested documents ready for the online admission procedure:

1. Photograph (max. 50 KB)

2. Any one photo identity document in jpg, jpeg only (Aadhar/ Driving License/ Election Card/ Passport/ PAN Card) (max. 50 KB)

3. Signature in jpg, jpeg only (max. 30 KB)

4. Examination grade card/ mark sheet/ passing certificate of X Std or XII Std or any degree certificate as image file or PDF (max. 200 KB).

Only for courses other than Beginners’ courses:

5. Mark sheet / certificate of previous qualifying language level as image file or PDF (max. 200 KB). 

 

STEP 2

Please visit the following the google form link of your respective LANGUAGE, LEVEL and BATCH (if applicable) for filling up the admission form for both online and offline courses:

Please make the payment online and save a copy of the payment receipt generated after paying the fees online. Ensure that you have a stable internet while making the payment.

STEP 4

​For both online / offline part time courses you will be added to a WhatsApp group one day prior to the commencement of classes. All details regarding lecture link / room shall be shared with you there by the course teacher.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. All Exams for Part-time Courses in German and Japanese will be OFFLINE at University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus.

2. All Exams for Part-time Courses in Chinese and Communicative Marathi will be ONLINE.

3. Notify the teacher in case of change in mobile number or email ID. 

4. Refund policy will be as per the University norms. No refund if a lecture is attended.

5. Course commencement and availability subject to minimum intake requirement.
