The Department offers two Merit Scholarships to post-graduate students of the Department of German. Moreover, the Department has a number of inter university academic and research projects with a number of universities in German speaking countries.  The under graduate and post-graduate students may avail of scholarships to Germany as a part of Departmental academic / research project, as prize for competitions, as research fellowship / academic scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service.  Avenues for getting stipends for partial studies in foreign Universities are opening up.

 

Note:

 

1. A list of candidates selected for admission will be displayed on the notice board of the Department as soon as the admissions are finalized. No individual intimation will be given to the students in this matter.

2. No hostel accommodation will be provided for students of part time programmes. However, facilities for hostel accommodation are available to post-graduate and under-graduate students.

3. The students will also be required to satisfy such other requirements as may be laid down by the University and the Department of German from time to time.

4. Fees are subject to change for all the programmes mentioned in the prospectus.

5. Fees for all part time programmes offered to external institutions, companies or organizations is Rs. 10,000/- (inclusive of registration fees)
